At the heart of the Gold Coast lies Surfers Paradise, Queensland's entertainment capital. And at the centre of Surfers lies the famous Cavill Mall. Here is where Soul will make its mark, reinvigorating one of the Gold Coast's premier icons.

Never to be built out Soul is much more than an apartment building with a retail precinct. It is a phenomenon. Built on the site of the former Raptis Plaza, Soul will join nearby developments such as Q1 and Circle on Cavill as the new, more sophisticated face of Surfers. But with one major difference - Soul will have THE premier address on the Gold Coast.
